By accessing or using QualiSuite, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

QualiSuite is a dual-sector quality-improvement and project-management platform offering 16 methodology web apps, 6 AI agents, and supporting workspace features. Access is provisioned through redemption codes, direct purchase, or administrator grant.

You must be authorized to use the email address associated with your account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be of legal age to enter into these terms.

Redemption codes are purchased through the CANSULTA marketplace. Each code is single-use: once redeemed it is permanently marked used and cannot be reused. A redeemed code grants an entitlement to the associated product. Payment and refunds for codes are handled by CANSULTA under its own terms — QualiSuite does not process payments directly.

AI agents are offered as monthly subscriptions with unlimited conversations. Subscriptions continue until canceled; cancellation stops future billing and ends access at the close of the current period. Bundle entitlements follow the terms described with their purchase.

Each one-time web app includes a set of project tokens, where one token represents one saved artifact. When your tokens are exhausted, you may top up by redeeming another code for the same product or by upgrading to a bundle. Subscriptions and bundles do not consume project tokens.

• Do not enter Protected Health Information or identifiable patient data into the platform.
• Do not use the tools to provide or replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Do not misuse redemption codes, reverse the provisioning logic, or share access beyond your own use.
• Comply with applicable laws and institutional policies, including FERPA where relevant.

QualiSuite does not provide a BAA and is not a covered entity. The platform is built for operational quality-improvement work, not for storing regulated health data. AI features are gated against PHI input.

QualiSuite and its methodology content, tooling, and agent configurations are owned by QualiSuite and its licensors. The project artifacts you create remain yours. We grant you a limited license to use the platform for its intended purpose while your entitlement is active.

The platform is provided “as is” for quality-improvement project management. It does not constitute legal, medical, or compliance advice. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QualiSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the entitlement giving rise to the claim.

You can stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — remain in effect after termination.
